Fees: a proposal tailored to your company

How much does a profit recovery audit cost? It depends on purchasing volume, the number of suppliers and the data available. That is why Qrecovr does not use fixed price lists: the initial diagnostic is free, and we then present a tailored proposal, with fees linked to the value actually recovered.

How do we prepare your proposal?

  1. Free diagnostic: an initial conversation and preliminary review, at no cost and with no commitment.
  2. Tailored proposal: scope, periods to review, timeline and fee model, all in writing.
  3. In-person meeting: we present the proposal to you and your team in person and adjust it to your priorities.

What can the fee model include?

  • A variable component, calculated on the value actually recovered.
  • A fixed component, only where the scope justifies it (for example, spend analytics or continuous monitoring).
  • Clear terms agreed in writing before any work begins.

Our interests are aligned with yours: the more value we recover for your company, the better the outcome for both of us.

Why an in-person meeting?

Recovering value requires a good understanding of your purchasing and payment processes. Meeting in person lets us understand priorities, systems and constraints, answer questions on the spot and reach a realistic proposal for your company.

What should you prepare for the meeting?

  • An estimate of annual purchasing volume.
  • The approximate number of active suppliers.
  • The systems you use (ERP, invoicing, accounts payable).
  • The areas that concern you most: duplicates, contracts, VAT, promotions, leases or credits.

FAQ

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. The initial diagnostic is free of charge and carries no obligation.

Is there any cost if no value is recovered?

The proposal states, in writing and before work starts, whether there is any fixed component and on what terms.

Where does the meeting take place?

The location and format are agreed with each client, according to their preference and availability.

How long until I receive the proposal?

It depends on the scope and the information available. After the diagnostic, we agree the next steps and timeline with you.
